Welcome to Mission Point Christian Church
Whether you have attended with us recently, or plan to attend soon, we’d like to tell you a little about ourselves.
Where and when do we meet?
We meet on Sundays at 10am at Norris Conference Center at 4522 Fredericksburg Rd San Antonio, TX 78201-6549 (next to Target at Crossroads Mall at I-10 & 410).
We also meet on Wednesday nights at 7:30pm at Norris Conference Center for a midweek service.
How large is the church?
Our congregation was planted in 1991 by a group of visionary disciples who moved in from Dallas. Since that beginning, we have witnessed hundreds come to Christ through faithful labor, answered prayers and the sacrificial contributions of our members. We have just over 300 members currently. We average just over 500 on Sundays.
What about our kids?
We have over 100 kids in our Kids Kingdom Ministry each Sunday. Our goal is for the kids to see church as a safe and happy place. We’ve got drama, music, and crafts going on every Sunday, bringing the Bible alive for our children. Click here for info.
Our Mission:
The MPCC embraces the commission of Christ to “make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.” From our very beginning, we have been committed to make disciples both locally and around the world. We have financially and spiritually supported missions in Russia and the Middle East in the past. We are currently active in supporting mission work throughout Africa.
Our Members:
Our members are from every background, nationality, ethnicity, and walk of life with one commitment in common: the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We believe in celebrating and valuing cultural and ethnic diversity as we work, fellowship, share, and pray together as brothers and sisters in Christ.
Our Ministries:
We have several ministries in the church. Whether it is Marrieds, Singles, Campus students, Teens, or Pre-Teens, we are an active and fun loving congregation. Click the ”Ministries” tab above for more info.
